Sealed proposals will be received by the Urban League of the River Valley at 802 1st Avenue, Columbus, GA 31901, until 2:30 PM Eastern Time, Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

The bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:00 PM Eastern Time on the same day.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 802 and 806 1st Avenue on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 11:30 AM Eastern Time.

Attendance is not required, but bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the sites before bid submission (appointment required). Questions/concerns resulting from the site visit must be emailed to Urban League of the River Valley, c/o Lance Wise, as specified on pages 9 and 10, by September 6th.
